Screw Washer
The Screw Washer washes and dries thick products like 0-5 mm in stationary and mobile crushing and screening plants. The characteristics of FABO Screw Washer, which are produced in the most ideal way for washing sand, are as follows;
• The washing process begins by rotating 2 spiral shafts that move in opposite directions.
• Spiral shafts move in 2 pieces with 5.5 kW motors and provide optimal washing capacity.
• The sand, which starts from the bottom and moves upwards thanks to the spiral shafts, transmits the water used for washing in the opposite direction to the degree of inclination of the washing machine and subjects it to the previous drainage process.
• Spiral shafts are protected from wear by a coating made of a combination of rubber material.
